Terms And Conditions

Here at PRYNTR, we’re here to help bring your ideas to life. We do our best to provide the highest quality merchandise. In providing our products and services, we have some terms and conditions to make sure all parties are in agreement.

Production and Pricing

PRYNTR is not obligated to inform the customer of the specifics of the printing or pre-production process. PRYNTR is constantly improving and innovating our processes, and the printing specifics could change at any time. Additionally, prices, including packages and pricing structure are subject to change.

PRYNTR requires all artwork in an EPS or High-Quality PSD File. Poor quality artwork will result in a poor-quality end product. We reserve the right to deny an order based on the quality of the artwork. No responsibility will be taken on our behalf for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors, or design errors made by the customer.

PRYNTR does offer graphic design and illustration services to help create, improve or “clean up” a design. These fees will not be charged for the general set up of artwork for printing.

We will attempt to match all colours in the customer’s art, but we are not responsible for any colour variance between the art, mock-up, and print. PRYNTR is limited by the Pantone Colour Book, and colours can change drastically based on garment colour, materials and various other factors. If a customer needs to ensure a specific outcome with their order, PRYNTR always recommends ordering a sample first.

Shipping and transit times may vary based on several factors. On standard turnaround orders, we have the right to adjust shipping times and delivery dates at our discretion. Any specific delivery date is an estimation and is therefore non-binding. PRYNTR will not be held responsible for any estimated delivery dates quoted during customer correspondence. PRYNTR handles your order with great care, but we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or shipping delay caused by a delivery courier.

All returns claims are subject to approval by PRYNTR. Returning goods to PRYNTR without official authorisation of the return will not be recognised and will not be eligible for a refund or credit. PRYNTR must be notified of your issue within seven days of pick up or confirmed delivery of your goods. Your reasoning/claim must be present in over 5% of the delivered items and must be the direct fault of PRYNTR. If a return is approved, the customer may be awarded a full refund of the invoice, a credit to the customer account or a reprint of the merchandise, at PRYNTR’s discretion.

Design Proof and Order Confirmation

The ordering process is as follows:
1. Initial consultation with the client.
2. Ideas are discussed and decided on.
3. A design proof/mockup is given to the client for approval and payment is due.
4. Once payment is received materials and/or apparel is ordered.
5. Printing commences.
6. Pick Up/Delivery

PRYNTR is not permitted to move forward with an order until all proofs have been approved and payment is made. If a customer fails to approve the proof associated with the order, and make payment, the order will be put on hold. All turnaround times, including guaranteed turnaround, are contingent on the customer’s approval of the mockup and payment. Turnaround times only refer to the time between the approval of proofs and payment, and when the order ships from PRYNTR.

Approval of the proof and payment is order confirmation to commence the order. By approving the design proof, the customer accepts full liability for any issues with the art that are shown in the digital mockup. These issues include, but are not limited to: typos, misspellings, incorrect colours, missing information, discrepancies caused by seams, pockets, zippers, clashing colours, incorrect placement and incorrect sizing. We will not take responsibility for errors in the customer’s chosen options such as product type and sizes.

Changes and Cancellations

To keep up with our turnaround promises, we move fast. Orders are processed and stock is ordered almost immediately, so please be sure of all items and order information before approving the proof. If a change or cancellation occurs, you will not be refunded any of the cost that has already been spent, e.g., cost of any apparel ordered or set up fees. Extra administration fees may apply when changing or cancelling an order.

Unaccepted Orders

At PRYNTR, we reserve the right to deny any order. Some reasons for a denied order include, but are not limited to sexualised content; offensive and inappropriate language; or political and controversial topics. Decisions on such matters are at our discretion.

Below are specific terms and conditions for our services:

Washing/Care Instructions
When washing any apparel decorated by PRYNTR, it must be washed inside-outon a cold wash setting. You must not put the apparel in the dryer. PRYNTR will not take any responsibility for damage to your apparel if it is not washed and cared for as stated.

Apparel printing is a complicated process with many variables that may cause print inconsistencies inherent to the textile printing process. We do everything we can to avoid this, however, PRYNTR is not responsible for issues that are classified as standard textile printing inconsistencies. No refund or replacement will be provided for issues regarded as inherent to the printing process. PRYNTR will be the sole decision-maker in such situations. Issues that could be expected are:
⁃ Garment issues: varying textures, colour accuracy, factory damages.
⁃ Print-related issues: tone shift, fabric migration, fibrillation, inconsistent
⁃ Size inconsistency caused by fabric stretch.
⁃ Print placement inconsistency (expected tolerance of 2.5cm in any direction).

Additionally, any print which interacts with a seam, pocket, or zipper is subject to inconsistency and damage. Choosing to print near one of these obstacles will often cause discrepancies (gaps in the print, lost registration, cracked or
misaligned prints) that are not fully reflected in the digital mockup. We strongly suggest that you avoid these high-risk areas, but if you choose to print on or near a high-risk area, PRYNTR is not responsible for any issues that may arise.
Therefore, we will not accept returns on items damaged as a result of printing in a high-risk area.

PRYNTR prides itself on its high-quality printing techniques. However, at times there are restrictions to the capability of printing in general. PRYNTR does not guarantee the printing of any line, dot, negative space, or piece of art that takes up
less than 3 pixels or is less than 3 pixels wide. We do not guarantee the printing or legibility of any text that is smaller than 6pt font.

Digital Mockups

PRYNTR offers digital mockups of your final product. These are computer-generated pieces of art designed to emulate how a customer’s print might look on the selected garment. These digital mockups are not exact representations of how
a customer’s print will look when received, nor are they an exact representation of the customer’s blank. We are not responsible for any misunderstanding regarding digital mockups. All blank colours and ink colours in a digital mockup are merely estimations and PRYNTR is not responsible for any discrepancy between the blank or ink colours in a mockup and the blank or ink colours in the finished product. PRYNTR hand-creates every digital mockup, attempting to anticipate how the art will react to the blank, printing process and other colours. The digital mockups do not account for every possible printing issue and PRYNTR is not responsible for issues that are common to screen printing and/or direct to the garment but are not displayed in the digital mockup.

Digital mockups represent the customer’s art on a specific garment size (usually a medium, unless that size is not available). If the order includes multiple sizes of garments, the art may look very different on larger sizes. The art does not scale up with the garment size, and any change in art size must be set aside as a separatedesign and priced accordingly. Additionally, garment size will vary from brand to brand and style to style. PRYNTR is not responsible for any discrepancy in garment sizing or dimensions between the mockup and the final product. PRYNTR is not responsible for any confusion regarding the sizing of a customer’s art on varying garment sizes.

Damage Rate

All apparel orders placed are subject to a 5% damage rate. Screen printing is an art form that is subject to misprint. To accommodate this variance, we recommend ordering an extra 5%. PRYNTR will not be held responsible for any shortage within the 5% variance. There will not be any refund or reprint within this range, but a credit of the value of the misprinted garments will be given for a future order.

Application and Damage

If required, PRYNTR will provide recommended instructions for application with a decal/signage order. We want your design to work for its intended purpose and will ask the required questions. However, PRYNTR takes no responsibility for damage caused to the decal by the customer in the application, nor will any onus be taken if unsatisfactory information was provided regarding the purpose, surface material or conditions intended for the decal.

PRYNTR takes great pride in our digital work. PRYNTR charges digital work by the hour. Each hour will be rounded to the closest hour based on the work completed for a client. An initial deposit of 50% of the estimated time will be required to be paid before our digital team starts the process. This deposit can not be refunded if the hours worked match the deposit. PRYNTR does not have a limit on the number of revisions to your design or website, but further instalments will be required for our team to move forward. Any digital work completed by PRYNTR is non-refundable. Additional fees may arise for your design/website if PRYNTR is required to make extra purchases such as fonts, images, stock photos, or website hosting.
